All Nation's Convocation
Government Leaders' Luncheon in the
Knesset: September 17, 2007
September 17, 2007 will mark the fourth annual Christian Government
Leaders' Luncheon in the Knesset hosted by the KCAC and sponsored by
All Nations Convocations. Members of the Knesset, Christian
politicians and Christian religious leaders from all over the world
will join together to speak about the importance of the new
relationship between Christians and Jews in the 21 st
century. This event served as an opportunity for Jewish and Christian
leaders to break bread together, renew their spiritual ties and
strengthen the common values and heritage that bind them.

January 15, 2008:
Annual FIBA Event in the Knesset
The Knesset Christian Allies Caucus (KCAC),
in conjunction with the Fellowship of Israel and Black America (FIBA)
will honor exceptional leaders in the Jewish and African American
communities with the "Martin Luther King, Jr. Israel Award" on Monday,
January 15, 2008 in the Knesset.
This
award, which will be presented annually in Israel, seeks to bring
attention, recognition and remembrance of the dynamic relationship
between African Americans and Jews, particularly highlighting the
pinnacle of that friendship seen during the Civil Rights Movement in
America under the leadership of Reverend King. It will be presented in
honor of Black and Jewish leaders who have helped to further the
friendship and cooperation between both peoples. The
event was aimed at strengthening the relationship between Israel and
the African American community. |
